It's safe to assume that we all want to be happy, physically fit, or feel accomplished. Yet, you must ask yourself if being a certain size, moving faster, or lifting more, actually fits into your overall vision. WHY is this important to you? While searching for your WHY, you will ultimately discover your purpose. If you are willing to dig deep and be honest with yourself, you will find the answer within.
Ask yourself these questions:

What do I love about myself?
List your strongest qualities. Incude what excites you about starting your day. -
What obstacles have the ability to block my purpose?
Identify what could stop, or alter your progress. Example: people, work, or finance. -
What must I do in order to attain and satisfy my purpose?
Determine the best course of action, silence all distractions, and get to work.
Once you've found your WHY, and the mind is ready, the body will follow!
