Chances are that most of you have kicked off journey with a BANG! On the flip-side, some may have never even gotten started at all.

Unfortunate, but true! Research has shown that only a small percentage of people who set goals actually follow through with them. Those that made specific goals are more likely to see positive change in contrast with those that didn't.

If you have a goal in mind, the first step is already completed. Now, let's follow through.

Why are you setting goals? What's your purpose? Do you have an intent?

When setting a goal(s), be specific. Just simply saying that you want to be smaller, faster, or stronger isn't going to cut it. Give utterance to your declaration. Start by saying, "I want to be THIS size, I want to be able to run THIS fast, or, I want to be able to lift THIS amount of weight". Be even more specific. Ask yourself, WHY! If you don't understand your WHY, your goals can not endure.
